Serves as liaison with Bill Smith, State Bar general counsel, concerning disciplinary matters relating to real estate practice; develops ethical presentations for seminars; keeps abreast of ethical and professionalism issues involving our practice and makes recommendations for informing our membership and when applicable proposes necessary action. Serves as liaison with Steve Kaskowski regarding unlicensed practice of law matters; increases understanding of the members of the bar concerning UPL issues

Fraud Awareness Committee
Keeps attorneys aware of fraudulent activity in real estate matters; attends the monthly meetings of the Georgia Real Estate Fraud Prevention and Awareness Committee (GREFPAC), monitors GREFPAC's constant e-mailing of information and reporting on schemes, criminal indictments and attorney "participation" (both innocent and purposeful)
